My journey into healing and spirituality began in Hong Kong, where I worked for a cinema tech company. In the bustling energy of this city, I discovered yoga. Once I experienced its profound benefits on my body, mind, and soul, it quickly became a daily practice. Facing intense challenges in both my personal and professional life, I turned to holistic therapies like energy healing, breathwork, and sound therapy as paths to deeper healing and balance.

My travels to Bali - a place that remains close to my heart - introduced me to gifted healers and shamans who guided me in refining my natural healing abilities. Through their teachings, I cultivated my own unique approach, combining ancient wisdom with modern techniques.

Over the years, I have shared my gifts through Yoga Nidra and Energy Healing sessions at wellness retreats focused on slow living, detox health, and post-rehab recovery. Through my original approach, the powerful combination of Yoga Nidra and Energy Healing addresses the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of healing.

Due to growing demand from retreat clients, I now offer my services online, allowing those who have benefited from my work to continue their healing journey from anywhere in the world. I wish that my love for Yoga Nidra and the gift I have received for energy work shine through in every session, creating a nurturing and deeply restorative experience for all who work with me.

I am a Usui Reiki Master, certified Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation teacher (YACEP Yoga Alliance), and hold a Therapeutic Support Certificate.

Who am I?

Originally from Brussels, Belgium, and after years living in Paris and Hong Kong, I found my home in 2020 on the serene Mediterranean island of Gozo, Malta. It is here that I fully embraced my role as a healer, blending my rich experiences from around the world with a natural affinity for helping others.
